How to enter the SP (Service Provider) unlock code for LG GSM phones

Most current models
Insert SIM card from another network
Power on the handset
Phone will display "Phone restricted"
Select "Cancel"
Phone will display "Phone restriction code"
Enter the Unlock code
Select "OK"
The handset is now successfully unlocked

LG CU-515, Shine (CU-575 [?])
Insert a non-accepted SIM
Turn on the phone
Phone says "Invalid smart chip"
Enter *#865625#
Press Yes to Unlock
Enter your 16 digit unlock code.

LG CU-500
Insert a SIM card from another network and power on the phone
When you get the invalid SIM-card message, enter 159753#*#
The next screen enter the unlock code provided and press OK.

LG CU-400
Insert a SIM card from another network and power on the phone
Phone will display "Invalid SmartChip"
In Idle screen, enter 159753#*#
Phone will display "Enter NCK, Remaining 5"
Enter the 8 digit SIM Unlock code
Select "OK"
The handset is now successfully unlocked

LG CU-320
Insert a SIM card from another network and power on the phone
In Idle screen, input the special code "277634#*#"
Access the submenu "SIM Test" in Phone Test Mode.
Input the special code "2945#*#"
Access the submenu "SIM Unlock" which is just activated after the special code
Input the 8-digit Unlock code in the "Enter unlock code" input screen.

For the following models, you need to insert the original SIM and enter the corresponding sequence:

• LG C3380 press 2945#*7101#
• LG F2300 press 2945#*7101#
• LG KE260 press 2945#*2601#

After that an secret menu will appear, go to Settings | Security | SIM lock, enter the NCK, which is the unlock code, and press OK.

For the following models, insert a SIM from another network and enter the corresponding sequence:

• LG KU311 press 815118#*#
• LG KU800 press 82652#*#
• LG L600v press 815118#*#
• LG U8150 press 277634#*#
• LG U8210 press 277634#*#
• LG U8500 press 277634#*#

Enter the NCK which is the unlock code and press OK.

LG F2250
Start the phone with the original SIM card
At the start menu enter: 2945#*3311#
Handset will save Saved
Return to startup screen
Press Menu key, choose Settings > Security > SIM Lock> Network > Deactivate
Handset will now show 'Enter NCK'
Enter your unlock code and OK.

LG U8110
With a not allowed SIM card in your phone
Enter: 277634#*#
Select 'SIM Unlock' menu
Enter NCK code then validate
your phone is now unlocked.

LG U8210
With a not allowed SIM card in your phone
Enter: 277634#*#
It will show Test Menu
Choose SIM Test Menu and enter: 2945#*#
Choose SIM Unlock menu
Handset show 'Enter NCK'
Enter unlock code, then OK.

LG U8150
Switch ON your phone with a not allowed SIM card
Enter: 277634#*#
Go to the menu 'SIM Lock' and enter your unlock code.

Switch ON your phone with an allowed SIM card and enter the number for the corresponding model:

Go to 'Menu' and then to 'Settings', select 'Security', to finish select 'Network Provider' and select 'Deactivate' then type your unlock code.
