If it is successful, it should show "Phone Restriction Off". You don't need do anything else, the service provider restriction has been removed.
Otherwise, it may show "Code Error", "Phone Restriction ON". If you see one of these errors, stop and contact us for an alternative code. Some phones are restricted with a variable and the standard code generation may fail. Hence, it can take more than one try. Although most phones can be unrestricted on the first attempt.
If you see the message "Cannot Undo Restriction". It means you have entered the correct code but your phone has exceeded its maximum allowed entries for unlock code. This happens often with second hand phones.
In this case, you should contact one of the locations near you offering unlocking services and arrange to have your phone unlocked in store. This is the only way to reset your phone using a professional service equipment.
